Q: Do you charge for delivery ?

Yes, we charge £7.00+Vat for next day delivery.

Q: What type of files do you accept?

A: We accept STL, .3mf

Q: How long until I get my parts?

A: We aim to get all parts shipped in three to four days. For larger orders, it may take longer. Please feel to email info@all3dlabs.com for further information

Q: Can I send my parts to be vapourfused?

A: Of course, you can. Our online quotation system does not allow you to send your own parts to be post-processed so please send an email to info@all3dlabs.com to discuss your requirements further.

Q: What parts can be vapourfused?

A: You can view the parts that can be vapourfused by downloading our PDF.

Q: How should parts be designed for vapourfusing?

A: You can find our guidelines for designing your parts for vapourfusing in our guidelines PDF.

Q: What materials can you 3D print in?

A: We can only print in nylon Pa 12 at this moment, but we are looking to expand our material list very soon.

Q: Are you happy to sign an NDA ?

A: Of course, we are happy to sign an NDA.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal

Q: Do you offer credit?

A: At this moment we do not offer any credit facilities.

Q: Do you have a minimum wall thickness?

A: We do have a minimum wall thickness of 1mm.  Anything thinner will be at your own risk and could break during handling or post-processing.
