3D printing is additive manufacturing so it produces less waste material – we use the HP 5200 3D printer, and any waste can be recycled for the next print.
Sometimes the devil is in the details, and this can be lost with injection moulding. Since 3D printing is based on a digital design, the level of detail can be as simple or as intricate as you like.
Our HP printer uses Nylon Pa12, which is a robust powder-based thermoplastic perfect for producing strong, functional, and low-cost parts.
We currently use our HP 5200 as our main printer, but we’ll soon add another to our services.
