Dyemansion Powerfuse S is Industry 4.0 Ready

At All 3D Labs, we are excited to announce that we have invested in Dyemansion Powerfuse S utilising Vapourfuse technology to help our customers transform how they turn 3D printed parts into end-user parts. As a result, we can now help businesses and brands use vapourfuse technology by making the parts for them. By investing in Powerfuse S, we enable our customers to leverage the most customizable, reliable and sustainable vapour polishing system on the market.

Dyemansion Powerfuse S

DyeMansion stands out from the crowd with its post-processing solutions for industrial polymer 3D printing. It’s the only provider of a complete, fully integrated end-to-end solution for all finishing steps. Empowering our customers to lead the way in producing 3D-printed products that are already becoming a part of our everyday life.

The appeal of additive manufacturing finishing systems is the ability to take an idea into 3D printed raw parts and then transform them into end-user parts and real-world applications. Welcome to the exciting new world of industry 4.0 and the transformation of manufacturing, where reduced costs and higher quality products are driving a new era of innovation.

Sustainable & Green Solution

3D printing can empower teams to transform and innovate their existing business model. One of the things we are most proud about at All 3D Labs is helping our customers switch to a greener and more sustainable way of making their products. We provide the option of choosing a chemical or mechanical process, to give teams much more freedom in the creative process.

For example, Powefuse S uses an entirely closed system meaning that everything in the machine is fully recyclable. It also uses the bespoke VapourFuse Eco Fluid, an environmentally friendly solvent that processes plastics according to food contact regulation (EU) 10/2011.

By circulating continuously and recovered by the system, the fluid enables the Powerfuse S to operate in a closed-loop in a completely contact-free process without any chemical waste or the requirement for operators to wear protective equipment. In addition, the ability to seal the surface and ensure that everything is washable, also means that the medical industries can embrace the opportunities that 3D printing provides.

The sustainable solution is also a part of the European Union’s Green Deal which plays a critical role in building factories of the future that will help the EU become the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. Not only is it sustainable, but it also helps our customers unlock more options. For example, PSS (Polyshot surfacing) allows us to deliver a matt glossy look with very high scratch resistance, and the VFS (VapourFuse surfacing) promises smooth, high-gloss surfaces that are water repellent.

Taking 3D To the Next Level with Dyemansion Powerfuse S

3D printing is already changing how we make products, from eyewear to personalized car interiors. But an increasing number of food factories are exploring how 3D printing can help them approve improve their lines and production. The decision to leap was made much more accessible in September 2021, when DyeMansion revealed that its VapourFuse technology is now compliant with FDA food contact regulations.

The solvent is not harmful and certified for food and skin contact. This paves the way for our customers to leverage this cutting-edge surfacing technology and unlock opportunities in food contact applications, across the food and beverage landscape.

In the past, the only option for businesses was to go through the lengthy process of cutting tooling, injection, moulding, and finally delivering the product. By contrast, All 3D Labs customers simply send their designs for us to make or send their existing parts to be vapourfused. We do the rest. In addition, it also enables 3D printing to move from rapid prototyping to end-user parts and that’s a big game-changer for our customers.

With applications also proving to be a big hit in automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods, Dyemansion VapourFuse technology has provided multiple industries with the new, improved solution they have been looking for. For example, improvements to 3D printing go far beyond aesthetics.
